What personal data this site collects, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who processes your information
The controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy is DaheSemi (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Bldg 7, 101/201A, Yunli Smart Park, Shutianpu, Matian Sub-district, Guangming District, Shenzhen, People's Republic of China. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to dahesemi.com and the enquiry and application channels reachable from it. It does not cover information exchanged under a signed supply, service or non-disclosure agreement — those relationships are governed by the agreement itself.
3. What we collect

We ask for a work email and company because we sell capital equipment to businesses; we do not need and do not ask for personal identity documents, financial details or any special category data. Please do not include confidential process information in the enquiry form — ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.

Where the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) applies, the corresponding basis is Article 13(2) — processing necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party.
5. How long we keep it

6. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting or list building, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing newsletter without a separate request. We run no analytics or third-party tracking on this website — see the Cookie Notice for detail. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Who else sees it
Enquiry data is visible to the sales and applications engineering staff who need it to answer you, under individual accounts with role-based permissions. Beyond that we engage two categories of processor, each acting on our instructions and for no purpose of its own:

We also disclose personal data where required by law or by a binding order from a competent authority. We do not share it with anyone else.
8. International transfers
Two transfers are relevant. First, our request traffic is routed through Cloudflare's global edge network, so a request may be handled at a data centre outside your country; Cloudflare offers standard contractual clauses and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Second, and more materially, we are established in Shenzhen and our team accesses enquiry data from the People's Republic of China. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, submitting the form therefore transfers your data to a country outside it for which no adequacy decision is in force. That transfer relies on GDPR Article 49(1)(b) — it is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you have asked us to take. If you would rather not have your data transferred on that basis, please do not use the form; contact us by another route and tell us your constraints, and we will work out how to proceed.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; restrict what we do with it; provide it in a portable format; or stop processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.
Write to [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm the request really comes from you — we will not use anything you send for that purpose for anything else.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, so what you type into the enquiry form is encrypted in transit between your browser and us. We limit collection to what an enquiry actually requires. Enquiry records are held in an administration system that is not reachable from the public internet at all — it is bound to the server's loopback interface and can only be opened through an authenticated tunnel — and access is granted by individual account with permissions matched to the role. The server accepts web traffic only from Cloudflare, so the site cannot be reached by bypassing that protection. We review what is held and remove what is past its retention period.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you discover a vulnerability in this website, please tell us at [email protected] rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will address it.
11. Children
This is a business-to-business website for semiconductor packaging equipment. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and move the version number and effective date at the top. Where a change materially affects a purpose you were told about, we will say so prominently on the site rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
